Step 1: Exfoliate thoroughly and moisturise dry areas such as elbows, knees, and ankles before tanning.
Step 2: Apply the foam evenly to clean, dry skin using a tanning mitt.
Step 3: Use sparingly on hands, feet, and ankles.
Step 4: Allow the tan to develop for 1–3 hours for a natural glow or up to 6–8 hours for a deeper bronze.
Step 5: Rinse off with lukewarm water and gently pat skin dry.
Step 6: Moisturise daily to maintain and prolong your tan.
