Once your return request has been submitted, all returns must be taken to your local Post Office, and return postage costs are the
responsibility of the customer. These returns must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
● Be in its original packaging
● Be unopened
● Be unused
Items that do not meet these requirements cannot be refunded for hygiene and safety reasons.
If you have received the wrong product or would like to request an exchange, please contact us
via email before using the returns portal.
We will:
● Send out the correct item
● Arrange the return of the incorrect item free of charge
