We want your FARAE order to arrive quickly and safely. Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery options.
We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £30. For orders under £30, a standard delivery charge of £3.60 applies.
All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail. Once your order has been dispatched you can expect delivery within 2 working days. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.
Need it faster? We offer Royal Mail express next working day delivery for £4.60, available on all orders regardless of order value.
To receive your order the next working day, please place your order before 2pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched the following working day and delivered the working day after that.
Please note that express delivery is not available on bank holidays. Royal Mail does not guarantee next day delivery to some remote areas of the UK. Please allow an extra working day for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel at any time using our order tracking page at farae.co.uk/track-order.
If you have not received a dispatch confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder before getting in touch.
If you are not available when Royal Mail attempts delivery, they will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from your local delivery office. Please act on this within the timeframe stated on the card to avoid your parcel being returned to us.
If a parcel is returned to us due to a missed delivery or an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Please note that an additional delivery charge may apply.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Farae cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you spot an error in your address immediately after ordering, please contact us at info@farae.co.uk as soon as possible and we will do our best to amend it before dispatch.
If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of your dispatch confirmation email, please contact our customer service team at info@farae.co.uk with your order number and we will look into this for you straight away.
