1. Shampoo:
Apply to wet hair and gently lather.
Massage into the scalp and work through the lengths.
Rinse thoroughly.
Repeat if needed.
Conditioner:
After shampooing, apply to mid-lengths and ends.
Detangle gently with fingers or a wide-tooth comb.
Leave on for 3–5 minutes.
Rinse thoroughly.
